During your session, all that is expected of you is to just be...  To lie back and relax allowing the energy to go where ever it is needed.  The healer simply receives these frequencies and vibrates in resonance with them acting more as an observer that allows the energy to flow without direction. 

The Client's physical body responds by demonstrating tangible involuntary physical indicators or registers which are a form of feed back for the practitioner.  These act as an indication that the client has entered into a state of Reconnective Healing.

Every person's experience during the session is unique - it needs to be experienced to be realised.
